Wars may not be fought with lances and cavalry anymore, but that doesn't mean they can't be fought with dedication to a code! As war changed, cavaliers (and their mounts) have changed with it! The armor may have been replaced by cerameplate and the lance by a plasma rifle, but the code?
The code remains.
Whether you are an honorable member of the Order of the Comet changing to be first into battle, or a member of the Order of the Void dedicated to helping the universe unspool, you serve a higher purpose than just yourself.
And you will challenge any who oppose that purpose.
