Welcome to the Vindicators
Donovan Shepherd created a safe place, and school, for meta-youngsters. Many of them go on to be a part of the Vindicators, an emergency-response field team. Here is the first graduating class:
- Animal (PL 9): Agile and quick, fur-covered and fanged.
- Flamingo (PL 9): High-flying, winged, and very, very fast.
- Permafrost (PL 9): Controls ice and cold. Ultimate in pranks!
- Spitfire (PL 9): Sizzling eye-beams controlled by a high-tech visor.
- White Rose (PL 9): Powerful psychic with a dark potential.
