Cheryl Dipsee grew up in the crime-ridden streets of Chicago, unafraid because she was the daughter of the notorious super villain Mammal Master!
Initially a part of her father's crime gang, Cheryl turned away from them, and her life of crime, to make a better life, and a better world as the heroic Chipmonk (PL 10)!
In the years since her debut, Cheryl has teamed up with an unlikely assortment of heroes, and also made a number of enemies, including Hecate, Lord d’Arc, and Nekrotron.
